If you’ve defeated the Elite Four in Pokemon Scarlet & Violet, then you will just need to visit a Pokemon Center to gain access to the feature properly.

These are the precise instructions to follow to unlock the IV Checker:

1. Beat the Elite Four.
2. Head to your nearest Pokemon Center once you’ve done this.
3. Talk to the main receptionist there.
4. You should receive the Judge Feature.
5. Now, open up the Pokemon Box, and select which of your caught Pokemon to check the full stats of.
