How to get Leftovers in Pokemon Scarlet & Violet
Pokemon Scarlet and Violet players can find the Leftovers Item Ball in Medali in between two food vendors. To find the food stands, locate the amphitheater next to the Western Pokemon Center. The vendors will appear in an alley behind the amphitheater, where you’ll find Leftovers.
While this is the one method to obtain Leftovers for free in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, players can also purchase the item at the Delibird Presents shop in Cascarrafa for 20,000 currency. Considering how useful Leftovers is, having more than one of your Pokemon hold the item could be worthwhile.
What does Leftovers do in Pokemon Scarlet & Violet
In Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, Leftovers is a held item that slowly restores the holder’s HP after every turn of a Pokemon battle. This gradual replenishing of HP after each turn is a major boost in a Pokemon battle and can drastically increase a Pokemon’s survivability.
Leftovers will restore 1/16 of a Pokemon’s HP after each turn. The item is often given to bulky Pokemon with high defensive stats.
Leftovers has been a mainstay of competitive Pokemon battles since the item debuted in generation two’s Pokemon Gold and Silver. If you’ve dabbled with the Pokemon Scarlet and Violet Ranked Battle Stadium, there’s no doubt that you’ve come across opponents using Leftovers.
