Pokemon Go Community Days dates for March through May were announced this week but details remain under wraps. Fans are already theorizing about possible headliners as well as upcoming events.

Niantic announced Pokemon Go Community Day dates for the next season that’ll run from March through May. The company also revealed dates for upcoming Pokemon Go events during the next couple of months, although they didn’t share any other details yet.

Fans are already wondering what Pokemon will get to headline upcoming Community Days based on previous celebrations and lots of speculation.

Pokemon Go Community Day dates

After the last Community Day of Mythical Wishes season, Niantic is working on what’s coming for Season 10 of Pokemon Go. Here are the confirmed dates for upcoming Community Days:

  • Saturday, March 18, 2023
  • Saturday, April 15, 2023
  • Saturday, April 29, 2023 (Community Day Classic)
  • Sunday, May 21, 2023

Developers also teased that players will also be able to enjoy some in-game events during the following season. Here are the confirmed dates for these events:

  • Sunday, March 5, 2023
  • Saturday, March 11, 2023
  • Sunday, April 9, 2023
  • Sunday, April 23, 2023
  • Saturday, May 27, to Sunday, May 28, 2023

Pokemon Go Community Days: Who’s headlining?

Since Chespin starred on the first Community Day of 2023, fans expect Fennekin and Froakie to be next. It would make sense for the Gen 6 starters to headline more dates this year, but it could take a little while. Pokemon Go players suspect the Water Festival is making a comeback in May with Froakie leading.

Axew, one of the rarest Pokemon in the game, is another powerful option. However, after the Noibat headlined Community Day, many players suspect the next one won’t be as exciting or rare.

For the Community Day Classic on April 29, fans speculate Beldum will be the featured Pokemon. Other candidates include Bagon, Ralts, and, of course, Pikachu because why not.

Pokemon Go events: What to expect?

For upcoming events, fans remain mostly skeptical. Some of them wish to have Elite Raids back, while others hope to see more Pokemon from the Galar region making their way into the game. For the May 27- May 28 event, most think it’s time for Pokemon Go Fest, the premium event celebrated around the world with numerous quests and rewards.

Players will have to wait until late February to get answers to some of their questions about Community Days and upcoming events. In the meantime, they are celebrating Valentine’s Day until February 14.
