Popular streamer and content creator NICKMERCS has revealed his choice M16 loadout for Call of Duty: Warzone, ahead of the release of Season 2.
With the rise of Black Ops Cold War weapons into the meta of Call of Duty: Warzone, it’s no surprise that top players are levitating towards different weapons as the weeks pass and new metas are discovered. Come to the tail end of Season 1 of Black Ops Cold War and Warzone, the Tactical Rifle meta looks like a reality for the future of Warzone.
The M16 is a fierce and powerful burst rifle, capable of 2 bursting enemies at medium ranges. As long as you aim high and hit a headshot, you’ll do immense damage to any foe in your way.
The M16 also sports great mobility and accuracy, with a short delay between bursts. If you’re an accurate player, you’ll quickly find yourself wiping out enemies before they can possibly react to your presence.
NICKMERCS M16 Warzone Loadout
- Muzzle: Agency Silencer
- Barrel: 15.9” Strike Team
- Optic: Axial Arms 3x
- Underbarrel: Field Agent Foregrip
- Ammunition: STANAG 60 Round
For the most part, this loadout is the most optimal one to run. If you’d like, you can always swap out the Axial Arms 3x with a 2x sight for better visibility at medium range, if that’s your thing.
Ultimately, the center of this loadout is control and discipline, so be sure to remain in the fight and keep each burst on target in between resets. Pair your M16 up with an FFAR like NICKMERCS, or perhaps you’re a fan of the killer MAC-10, which is also a great sidearm for this weapon.
Regardless of whichever you choose, you’ll dominate any enemy that comes in your way.
