One-shot Snipers are back in Warzone 2 Season 3, but players still have to deal with glints giving away their position. Luckily, Warzone 2 expert JGOD has figured out a trick to practically remove the glint on one-shot Sniper loadouts.

Thanks to the Warzone 2 Season 3 update, Sniper Rifles are once again the dominant long-range weapons they’re meant to be after reclaiming their ability to one-shot kill enemies.

Since the update, players have been scrambling to put together the best Sniper Rifle loadouts in Warzone 2. Both the FJX Imperium and the MCPR-300 are thriving in the Warzone 2 meta, with matches on Al Mazrah frequently featuring the Snipers.

When using either of the Snipers, players must play around the fact that their Sniper glint will reveal their position. This feature keeps Snipers balanced, but JGOD has figured out a way to drastically reduce the glint of Warzone 2 Snipers with a simple trick.

JGOD Warzone 2 one-shot MCPR-300 Sniper loadout

  • Muzzle: Nilsound 90 (-0.41, +1.00)
  • Laser: FSS OLE-V Laser (+0.21, -34.55)
  • Ammunition: .300 Mag Explosive (-0.54, +6.68)
  • Magazine: 5 Round Mag
  • Optic: Forge Tac Delta 4 (-1.94, +0.75)

Sniper glints in Warzone 2 are visible to enemies when players aim down sight, which can often give away their position.

However, thanks to the Forge Tac Delta 4, the Sniper glint is drastically reduced in Warzone 2: “Even though it says it has a very small glint, it might as well say it has no glint at all.” JGOD tested the weapon in a private match and no glint was visible up to 80 meters.

We’ve included the MCPR-300 loadout since JGOD has it slightly above the FJX Imperium, but the new Intervention Sniper is also worth a look.

Another reason that JGOD urges players to try this loadout is the ability to secure one-shot kills with the .300 Mag Explosive ammunition. JGOD builds this MCPR-300 loadout to maximize its killing potential, reduce glint, and also increase its mobility and ADS speed.

Therefore, the FSS OLE-V Laser and 5 Round Mag come into play to make the Sniper quick and snappy. While the red laser will be slightly visible, the Warzone 2 expert believes that with the boosted ADS speed, you can use this loadout to quickscope effectively in Warzone 2.
