JGOD reveals bugged QBZ attachment

The QBZ-83 quickly became one of Warzone Season 4’s best Assault Rifles but trusted YouTuber JGOD has revealed that the “bugged” SALVO 60 Rnd Fast Mag has accidentally made it even better.

Warzone’s Season 4 Reloaded update changed up the meta yet again. Of course, the best weapons received a nerf, but not many would have expected the QBZ-83 to become one of the best.

We’ve previously called the QBZ-83 one of Warzone Season 4’s most underrated weapons, but it turns out that a bugged attachment makes it even better. Thanks to testing by JGOD, we now know that the SALVO 60 Rnd Fast Mag is much more powerful than it should be.

Warzone QBZ-83 Assault Rifle

Ahead of Warzone Season 4 Reloaded, the QBZ-83 was one of the weakest guns in the game. However, it received some significant buffs that catapulted it from one of the worst Assault Rifles to one of the best.

Although it’s currently only the 27th most used weapon according to WZ Ranked, a “bugged attachment” could significantly increase its popularity.

Warzone YouTuber JGOD is known for his analytical breakdowns of gameplay and getting into the nitty-gritty of weapon stats. He often brings issues to light, such as the recoil-reducing 4x optic for the C58, which has now been patched.

Now, JGOD has set his sights on the QBZ-83’s magazines after players suggested he checked them out. It turns out that they were right, and JGOD concluded that the Salvo 60 Rnd Fast Mag is “broken.”

The Salvo Fast Mag is designed to improve reload time at the cost of ADS speed. However, JGOD discovered that this mag gives both a quicker reload and ADS time.

When using the meta build with the Agency Suppressor, Task Force barrel, and Field Agent Grip, the Salvo Fast Mag allows the QBZ to ADS 83ms faster than the regular 60 Round. And to top it off, it reloads 33ms faster too.

The QBZ-83 is already powerful but with this bugged attachment, it could truly join the meta alongside the Krig 6 and C58. But it’s likely that it will be fixed in an upcoming update now that JGOD has highlighted the problem.
