Warzone’s M13 is a popular choice for its range and accuracy, but YouTuber Jack “JackFrags” Mason has made it even better by converting it into a fully-automatic Sniper Rifle.

Call of Duty’s Gunsmith system has allowed players to completely customize their weapons, sometimes turning them into something new entirely. This is what YouTuber JackFrags has done with the M13 Assault Rifle, turning it into a powerful Sniper Rifle.

As Warzone players have become more adept at the battle royale genre, more fights are now resolved over distance. While carrying a close-range weapon such as a FFAR 1 or MAC-10, you also want a powerful long-range option.

The AUG and Kar98k usually fit this category in Season 2, but JackFrags’ new M13 build is an effective and fun deviation from the meta.

Warzone M13 with sniper scope

Rather than the common VLK 3.0x Optic or holographic sight, this M13 comes with a Sniper Scope. While a high magnification scope will make most ARs a nightmare to control, the M13’s minimal recoil allows it to become a long-range laser beam.

Over the course of the game, JackFrags continuously beams enemies at range and wins the game with an impressive 17 kills.

If you want to use this build yourself, it’s best suited for counter-sniping as landing shot after shot will significantly throw off your enemy’s aim and keep them suppressed.

As it has high magnification, you won’t be able to use it at close-range, but carrying an SMG in your pocket will more than make up for that. The other downside is that the Sniper Scope gives glint, but JackFrags described how, “Once you get on target and you start the beam, there’s just no escaping it.”

Here’s how you can convert the M13 into a fully-automatic Sniper Rifle.

  • Muzzle: Monolithic Suppressor
  • Barrel: Tempus Marksman
  • Optic: Sniper Scope
  • Underbarrel: Commando Foregrip
  • Ammunition: 60 Round Mags
