Insane Warzone spawn glitch is literally ruining matches

Warzone’s Plunder mode is well known for chaos, but a bizarre glitch with the mode’s spawn system is literally ruining matches, as players spawn on top of each other.

Warzone Pacific Season 1 is here, and despite some early fan concerns that the mode may be removed, Plunder is as active as ever.

A fan-favorite mode since launch, Plunder lets players collect money and take on enemies, with the safety net of a respawn system. This means Warzone fans can enjoy the game, without worrying that death will send them back to the pre-game lobby.

Unfortunately, a strange glitch is currently ruining Plunder matches, as every person in the lobby is currently respawning in the exact same spot, turning these games into a massacre.

In images posted to the Warzone subreddit, user ‘TheEpicMichael’ showed this insane glitch in action. In them, you can see players spawning in the same location, with bodies falling wildly around them as players fight to get out of the melee.

For those who escaped, there were easy kills to be found, as you could just perch up with your weapon and fire into the cluster of opponents.

Unfortunately, this also doesn’t appear to be a one-time thing, as many users in the comments confirmed they had seen this issue too.

Respawning players are not even meant to appear on the ground. Instead, they should be parachuting back into Caldera, so something is seriously wrong with the system right now.

Unfortunately, Raven Software haven’t addressed this glitch just yet, so we may not see a fix until early 2022. In the meantime, find out when Warzone & Vanguard Season 1 begins, and whether Warzone is getting a Ranked playlist.
