We all want to have a better FIFA 22 Ultimate Team than our friends and secure bragging rights over our nearest and dearest. If you want to take a peek at how your pals are getting on, there is a way to see their squad. Here’s how to do it.

While a big part of FIFA 22 Ultimate Team is building a competitive squad to take online in Division Rivals and FUT Champs, we’d be lying if we said beating our friends isn’t just as important.

With how can quickly you can earn packs in FUT, everyone’s teams are always evolving, so it can be easy to lose track of how your friends are doing.

Luckily, there is a way you can view your friend’s squad in FIFA 22 Ultimate Team – check out our guide below.

Oddly, EA haven’t included an easy way of viewing all of your friend’s teams in FIFA 22, but it can be done by heading into the Friendlies menus.

By following the steps as if you were going to play an offline match against a pal who was in the same room as you, eventually you will have the option to view their squad.

We’ve broken it down into a step-by-step guide below:

  1. From the main Ultimate Team menu, head over to the friendlies tab
  2. Select Couch Play
  3. Use the left stick to pick a side – either one will still work
  4. Select a type of match from the options – again, any will work
  5. You will be taken to the squad management screen for your team, press the Menu or Options button to move on
  6. On the tile that reads “Community Squads,” scroll to “My Friends”
  7. On the bottom tile, you will be able to scroll to the friend whose team you wish to view
  8. Finally, press the Y/Triangle button to see their Ultimate Team squad

While this may seem like a slightly long-winded process, it’s currently the only way to see a friend’s team without asking them to send you a screenshot.

Players have been calling for an easier way to access this feature for some time, but we’ll have to wait and see if EA adds it in a future update.
