Modern Warfare 2 Season 2 Reloaded is right around the corner, and players will have the chance to pick up a unique “Bad Boonie” Operator skin for Captain Price. Here’s how to unlock the Bad Boonie Operator skin in Modern Warfare 2.
Following the success of the Season 2 update, Modern Warafre 2 Season 2 Reloaded is almost here to bring even more content to multiplayer. Fans can look forward to the powerful Tempus Torrent Marksman Rifle, and even a brand-new 6v6 map called Himmelmatt Expo.
As you’d expect, there’s also a host of new cosmetics for players to get their hands on, including a “Bad Boonie” Operator skin for series protagonist Captain Price.

How to get Bad Boonie Operator skin in MW2 & Warzone 2
In order to unlock the Bad Boonie Operator skin in Modern Warfare 2, players must complete Episode 2 of the Atomgrad Raid. Reaching the end of the Raid will automatically unlock the skin, and it will be available to equip right away from the MW2 menus.
Once unlocked, the Bad Boonie skin can be used in both Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2 matches. However, Warzone 2 players without access to multiplayer will miss out on the cosmetic for the time being.
Episode 2 of the Modern Warfare 2 Raid is set to be another challenging mission. It remains to be seen if the devs release some Warzone 2-specific challenges for the Bad Boonie item later down the line, but for now, it appears to be MW2-exclusive.
Raids were a new addition to Modern Warfare 2, putting teams of three through their paces with intense combat scenarios and challenging puzzles. Atomgrad Episode 1 saw Price, Gaz, and Farah infiltrating an underground facility, requiring solid teamwork and communication to reach the end.
Unlike regular multiplayer matches, the Raids must be played in teams of three and cannot be played solo or as a duo. So, if you want to unlock the Bad Boonie Operator skin in Modern Warfare 2, you’ll need to find two friends to complete the Raid with you.
