Two of the new Fortnite Chapter 4, Season 1 Quests task you with marking enemies to earn some bonus XP, so let’s go over everything you need to know about how to mark enemies in Fortnite.
Week 7 of Fortnite Chapter 4, Season 1 brought a new set of Quests to complete, and two of them require you to mark enemies in the game. If you’re wondering how to get this done then we’ve got you covered.
How to mark enemies in Fortnite
You can use the new Falcon Scout item to mark all enemies within its radius. This remote-controlled drone can be found as loot on the ground, in regular Chests, Oathbound Chests, and Supply Drops.
Here’s what you need to do:
- Hop into Fortnite.
- Search for the Falcon Scout.
- Collect the Falcon Scout and launch it.
- Remotely pilot the Falcon to an area with enemies around.
- Press the “scan for enemies” input to mark opponents.
One of the Quests tasks you with marking five enemies while the other requires you to mark 10 in the same match. The former has four stages, with a new one being revealed after completing each section.
You can get this done quickly by simply piloting the Falcon Scout over crowded areas before performing the scan. This way, you’ll be able to scan multiple targets and complete both Weekly Quests in one go.
Just keep an eye out for enemy players that start shooting at the Falcon Scout as they can bring the drone down. Once these Quests are completed, you’ll be awarded 16k each for your efforts.
