How to get The Flash skin in Fortnite Season 5
Epic GamesFortnite Season 5 continues to bring out the big guns, with The Flash being the latest big name to cross over into the popular battle royale game with an exclusive skin.
Despite Season 4 seemingly bringing the Superhero show to an end, we appear to have room for one more good guy. Fans of the game have been well looked after by Epic Games as they have managed to secure some big names such as The Mandalorian, The Terminator, Predator, and many more.
The company is not resting on its laurels, however, as it’s been confirmed that The Flash will be bolting his way into the game. Here’s how to get your hands on him, and what you’ll need to do.
Fortnite Season 5 The Flash Skin
Popular Fortnite YouTuber Ali-A was one of the first to reveal the exciting new character. The Flash joins the Green Arrow and various other DC characters in making an appearance in the battle royale.
In a Tweet, Ali-A happily announced “The FLASH is coming to Fortnite!” The message was also accompanied by a picture of what the character model will supposedly look like.
The Flash has been a fan-favorite since his debut in the 1956 comic – Showcase #4. You too will be able to share in the awesomeness of controlling the superhero, and here’s how you’ll be able to do so.
A new tournament called “The Flash Cup” is scheduled for the game and it will be a Duos tournament. It will take place on February 10 and it’ll be the top duos in each region that will win The Flash outfit. Winners will get exclusive early access to the skin before it appears in the game’s item shop.
There’s no word on highly players will have to rank in order to be classed as a “top duo”, but we can imagine it’ll be the Top 100 or maybe Top 1,000 players.
