How to get free Warzone blueprints with special Easter event
CoD: Warzone Season 2 is celebrating the annual Easter period by offering Call of Duty players the chance to land some Warzone Blueprints for free, and here’s how.
The Easter period is a traditional one that sees the coming together of family, and the mass consumption of egg-shaped chocolate. But for some, it’s also going to be the opportunity to acquire some random Blueprints to spruce up your guns.
Warzone has currently swapped out many of its Supply Boxes for snazzy hampers filled with Easter Eggs and other goodness. If you interact with one of these, then you have the chance to haul home a free Blueprint.
If you’re unaware, Blueprints are special skins for particular weapons that make them look a lot more fashionable, and can grant access to attachments early.
Where to find Easter Egg Baskets in CoD: Warzone
The good news is that there seems to be an abundance of Easter Egg hampers for you to find in Warzone. As we said previously, they’re hidden in plain sight, and you cannot miss them.
You pretty much just need to play as normal, and you should naturally find one as you scramble for weapons and cash. They have a distinctive audio cue that is unlike anything else in Warzone, so make sure your sound settings are up-to-scratch.

How to complete CoD: Warzone contraband Easter Egg contract
The process for completing the contract couldn’t be any easier, and it shouldn’t take you too long after dropping in either.
Here’s what you’ll need to do:
- Land anywhere in Verdansk with lots of locations for Supply Boxes
- Check everywhere and keep a listen out for an Angelic sound
- Find the Easter Egg basket and activate the contract
- Make sure to get your hands on the specified amount of cash the contract asks
- Head to the designated location
- Reach the location and call for the helicopter
- Once prompted, deposit the cash
- Once you get back into the main menu, you should now own a new Blueprint
Which Blueprints can you get for CoD: Warzone Season 2?
There is no selecting which Blueprint you get sadly. Once you trigger a basket, it will reveal the full details of the Bluprint you will get.

On the other hand, if you’re unhappy with the proposed Blueprint, you can always just go and find another Easter Egg basket until you’re happy with the potential reward.
This is probably a very limited promotion that Call of Duty is offering, so if you’re interested in picking up a few, free Blueprints, then act fast – or be left with egg on your face.
