Modern Warfare 2 players who purchased the Vault Edition were meant to get bonus rewards but don’t worry if they’re not appearing in your account, as the devs have provided an easy fix.

For those looking to squeeze every bit of content out of Modern Warfare 2, accessing Task Force 141 Operators, the first Weapon Vault, and 50 Battle Pass tier skips, the $100 Vault Edition offers all of these items and more.

But after spending all that money, PlayStation 5 players are devastated to see that the content isn’t available in their game. Don’t worry though, as Infinity Ward have given a simple solution to accessing all of the missing Vault Edition content and exclusive Oni Operator.

How to fix Modern Warfare 2 Vault Edition not working

If you’ve booted up Modern Warfare 2 and found that the Vault Edition isn’t working, the fix is as simple as going into your PlayStation 5’s settings and restoring your licenses.

Here’s everything you need to do to get your MW2 Vault Edition content:

  1. Close Modern Warfare 2 if it’s open
  2. Head to your PlayStation 5’s Settings
  3. Go to Users and Accounts then select Other
  4. Select Restore Licenses
  5. Restart your PlayStation 5 and launch Modern Warfare 2

Now, the Double XP, Red Team 141 Operator skins, and FJX Cinder Weapon Vault should all be available in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2.

How to fix missing Oni Operator in Modern Warfare 2

PlayStation players who pre-ordered Modern Warfare 2 through the PS Store get the exclusive Oni Operator and might find he’s missing too, but don’t worry, as restoring your licenses will fix this issue as well.

Just follow the steps above to restore your licenses on PlayStation 5 and the Oni Operator and his weapon Blueprint will be waiting for you in Modern Warfare 2.
