How to complete Week 11 challenges in Fortnite Season 5
The Fortnite Season 5 Week 11 challenges are here, and they’re all about Valentine’s Day. Here’s how to complete all the challenges and earn that sweet XP.
Fortnite Season 5 starts every week by granting you a whole new set of challenges that you can complete to earn some serious XP and get cool new cosmetics. You can take the opportunity to max out your Battle Pass before the season ends on March 15, 2021.
Epic Games are bringing a few changes to Fortnite Island during Week 11 for The Hearts Wild event. There are brand new Valentine’s Day-themed challenges for you to tackle, and here’s how you can get them all done.
Fortnite Season 5 Week 11 Challenges
Many of these Epic Quests are in line with the festive theme, and involve tasks like getting presents and romantic meals at a variety of different locations across the map. You’ll be able to complete them quickly if you know the map well.
There are seven Epic quests this week, as well as a single Legendary quest that will net you a large amount of XP upon completion. Here’s what you need to do:
- Catch different kinds of fish to find a Valentine’s date for Fishstick (3)
- Serve Fishstick and his date a fancy dinner at any restaurant (1)
- Find a rose at Steel Farm or The Orchard (1)
- Collect Grimbles’ love potion from Fort Crumpet, Coral Cove, or Stealthy Stronghold (1)
- Deliver the love potion to Slurpy Swamp or Shanty Town (1)
- Collect chocolate boxes from Pleasant Park, Holly Hedges, or Retail Row (3)
- Choose a character to be Lovely’s valentine! (1)
- Legendary Quest: Deal damage to opponents with crossbows (1000/2000/3000/4000/5000)
A few of these are fairly straightforward, as you can catch three different kinds of fish by visiting Lazy Lake, which is just north of Misty Meadows. Then make your way to any restaurant on the map and head inside to serve Fishstick and his date a fancy dinner.
You can find a rose at Steel Farm or The Orchard, both of which can be found northeast of the sandy area around the Zero Point.
Visit Fort Crumpet, Coral Cove, or Stealthy Stronghold to collect Grimbles’ love potion, although you might have to search for a while first. Once you’ve found it, you’ll have to bring it to Slurpy Swamp or Shanty Town, which can be found west of Slurpy Swamp.

You’ll also have to hunt for the chocolate boxes when you rotate over to Pleasant Park, Holly Hedges, or Retail Row. We don’t know yet how to ask a character to be Lovely’s valentine, but we’ll be sure to update this guide once we do.
The best way to complete the Legendary Quest is to go after IO Guards instead of other players. Use a ranged weapon to pick them off from a distance, and they’ll have trouble hitting you. You can chip away at their health to get through the tiers of this challenge.
We’d recommend using the Crossbow, but it’s currently vaulted in Season 5. Epic Games will likely bring it back before the Week 11 challenges go live, or else you’ll have to complete this Legendary quest in an LTM.
Epic quests reward you with 20,000 XP and Legendary quests give 55,000 XP. These challenges are available until Thursday, February 18, 2021, so be sure to complete them before time runs out!
