How to complete the Treasure Hunt quest in Disney Dreamlight Valley

Disney Dreamlight Valley has plenty of quests among which Scrooge’s Treasure Hunt quest will send you on a treasure hunt in the valley.

You’ll find that Disney Dreamlight Valley has a smorgasbord of iconic Disney characters for you to interact with and they will typically have a ton of different quests for you to complete after you’ve raised your friendship level with them.

The Treasure Hunt quest isn’t unlocked until you’ve reached Friendship Level 8 with Scrooge McDuck. Doing so will give you a magical coin, and will trigger the quest which requires you to find three locations in Dreamlight Valley.

How to find the first clue in Glade of Trust

The first location to find on your investigative journey will require you to go to the Glade of Trust. Once inside, find the giant pond and you’ll see that there’s a sizable tree next to it. Manoeuvrer yourself between the pond and the tree and you’ll see a shiny, sparkling mound that you need to dig up using your shovel to complete the first stage of this quest.

It isn’t a free location though, you will need 5,000 Dreamlight to unlock it, and among the many ways you can go about doing this is to exchange your Dream Shards.

Where to find the second clue in Merlin’s House

Up next on the hunt is Merlin’s House in Disney Dreamlight Valley. You can find it situated in the western part of the Peaceful Meadow. You literally can’t miss it either as the house has books scattered all around it in typical Merlin fashion.

Enter the premises and once inside you’ll set eyes on a glowing book on a desk. Simply pick it up, and Disney Dreamlight Valley will present you with your next clue.

Where to find the third clue in the Dazzle Beach

Last but not least, the closing step in this quest wants you to head to Dazzle Beach – another place that requires Dreamlight to enter.

Venture down the beach and you’ll eventually come across a plant sticking out of a cliff on the left-hand side, and beneath it is the final clue for you to obtain. Use your shovel to dig it up and hand it over to Scrooge McDuck to complete the Treasure Hunt quest in Disney Dreamlight Valley.
