How to complete Fortnite Season 1 Week 8 Quests

  • Throw something (1) – 16,000 XP
  • Throw something within 5 seconds of damaging an opponent (1) – 16,000 XP
  • Hide in different bushes that you threw down (2) – 16,000 XP
  • Eliminate a player with no ranged weapons in your inventory and while on foot (1) – 16,000 XP
  • Use Chug Splashes, Grenades, and Fireflies (10) – 16,000 XP
  • Finish anything but first in different matches (1) – 16,000 XP

Fortnite’s Throw Down Quests range from ridiculously simple to a little tricky, requiring you to complete easy tasks such as throwing and using items.

Eliminating a player with no ranged weapons in your inventory while on foot could prove challenging, so were recommend downing a player, dropping all your weapons, and killing them with the pickaxe. The Deku Smash or Shockwave Hammer could also be useful here.

And you’ll need the new Big Bush Bomb item to throw down a bush to hide in, so look out for that around the map.

Once these Quests expire on January 31, 2023, you won’t be able to complete them, so make sure you get them done as soon as possible.

When does Fortnite get new challenges?

New Fortnite challenges drop weekly, every Tuesday at 6 AM PT / 9 AM ET / 2 PM GMT.

Sometimes you may see the Quests leaked early on Twitter or YouTube, but don’t attempt to complete them until they are live in-game, as your progress won’t count.
