How to appeal a Call of Duty ban
Here’s everything that you need to know about how to appeal a ban in Call of Duty titles to get back in the game.

If you feel that you’ve been banned unfairly in a Call of Duty game, there’s a way to get yourself back in the game, so here’s how to appeal a ban.
Hopping into Call of Duty titles like Warzone and Vanguard can be extremely fun, but you might run into cheaters and hackers that cause problems and ruin matches during the final season of both games.
The developers take this issue seriously, with Activision recently banning over 500,000 Call of Duty players to reduce cheating and toxicity. However, if you’ve found yourself banned unfairly, there’s a way to potentially solve this problem.
How to appeal a ban in Call of Duty
Call of Duty titles feature a system that lets you appeal a ban, and this may help you get back into the game if you’ve been wrongfully removed. We’ll go over how you can get this done quickly.
Here’s how to appeal a ban in Call of Duty:
- Visit the Activision support site
- Enter your details and log in
- Click Agree and scroll down to support options
- Select the correct game, platform, and topic
- Click “I’m having a problem that’s not listed”
- Select submit a ticket to type up a support email

You can then plead your case and explain why you feel that your account shouldn’t be banned. Activision will go over your request and restore your account if you’ve been banned unfairly.
However, this isn’t guaranteed to work even if you feel your account was banned unfairly, and you can’t appeal your ban when your account is under review. Temporary bans also cannot be appealed, so you’ll just have to hope that the developers let you back in the game.
