You can only purchase the Railgun from the Gun Van in GTA Online, where it costs a whopping $657,000.
The Gun Van will also offer other powerful weapons, equipment, and upgrades and they’ll actually be cheaper than if you were to go to Ammu-Nation. Everything at the Gun Van will have a 10% discount, so it’s well worth visiting if you’re looking to save some cash.
