You’ll need to verify your age to turn on voice chat on Roblox (PC and mobile). Follow these steps to do so:
- Visit the official Roblox website on PC or mobile. If you’re on mobile, choose the ‘Open Desktop Version’ setting on your browser.
- Log in to your Roblox account.
- Tap on the Settings icon located in the top-right corner of the screen.
- Click on Account Info > Verify My Age. A pop-up will appear and a QR code will be displayed on your screen.
- Scan this QR code with a mobile device. If you’re on mobile, you can screenshot the code and scan it with an app.
- The QR code will redirect you to roblox.com/verify.
- Click on Start Session. Allow camera access as you won’t be able to complete the process without it.
- Scan your identification proof (Driver’s License, Passport, others) and capture a selfie. This is to confirm that the person in the ID has initiated the identification process.
- Submit the results and within a few minutes, the app will accept or deny your request.
