Game-breaking Vanguard skin turns players invisible
Glitches and exploits are always factors that can occur at any time. Vanguard seems to have unintentionally created a new one as the new Constanze Operator skin can make her disappear altogether.
Even though Warzone Pacific’s Caldera map is now live, many players are still enjoying all that Vanguard has to offer. Besides, Vanguard is a great way for players to level up their favorite guns, such as the Automaton and Kar98k, outside of Warzone.
Vanguard has tons of amazing weapons and modes, but it also has many Operators and skins. Operator Constanze has a new skin in the Season 1 Battle Pass, and it apparently comes with the secret power of invisibility.
The most concerning thing about this invisibility glitch is that is presumably available to all Vanguard players who own the skin.
Tier 50 of the Vanguard Battle Pass unlocks the ‘Urbane’ Constanze skin, and Twitter user @Indivant has discovered another use for the skin.
In a game of Hardpoint on Tuscan, the player was running to the Hardpoint when they noticed one of their teammates’ avatars behaving erratically.
They noticed that when they moved backward and forwards, and from side to side, the new Constanze skin would disappear completely.
After some experimenting, they found that the disappearing was consistent, even commenting: “you can’t even tell he’s there.”
With the potential for this to be a universal glitch, we would expect Sledgehammer Games to be on the hunt for a fix almost immediately.
