Yet another Fortnite collaboration with Star Wars will be occurring, so for those interested, here are all the details you need to know.
Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 2 has already featured some pretty great crossovers, from Attack on Titan to the Coachella skins celebrating the music festival.
However, one of the most popular crossovers in Fortnite’s history has been the Star Wars collab. Players can jump out of the battle bus as Obi-Wan Kenobi and Boba Fett, thanks to previous collabs.
Now, fans of the sci-fi giant may be excited to hear that even more is on the way, as Epic have confirmed that yet another Fortnite x Star Wars collaboration is releasing in Chapter 4, Season 2. So, here are all of the details we know.
Fortnite x Star Wars May 4 2023 event: Anakin Skywalker release date
Despite providing little information, Fortnite‘s Twitter account did officially release an image showing Anakin Skywalker in the battle royale. Following the tweet, the devs replied stating that players can “join the experience” on May 2, 2023, which hints at a potential event.
Of course, this comes just two days before May 4, a popular date in Star Wars fandom thanks to the phrase “May the fourth be with you,” as Force is replaced by the date. The collaboration will likely be an Anakin Skywalker bundle and Star Wars event.

What could Anakin Skywalker bundle include?
Nothing is confirmed as of yet, but by looking at the previous Fortnite x Star Wars collaborations, it’s likely that there will be an Anakin Skywalker bundle available to players in the Item Shop. This bundle will probably feature:
- Anakin Skywalker Outfit
- Back Bling (included with the Outfit)
- Pickaxe
- Glider
- Emote
- Loading Screen
