Rapid Fire SMG

Epic Games teased that a “rapid” weapon would be coming to the game with the 15.50 patch, and we know that the Rapid Fire SMG is making its triumphant return to the game.

The Rapid Fire SMG only featured in the game for two seasons, and was placed into the Vault at the start of Chapter 2 Season 4. Available in Common, Epic, and Legendary variants, this gun has high damage-per-second, and is perfect for close-quarters combat.

Hand Cannon Vaulted

The Hand Cannon has always been one of the most powerful weapons in the game, but players will be waving farewell to his beast for a little while.

Epic teased on February 28 that it was heading for the Vault, and with the 15.50 update, the Hand Cannon is officially out of the loot pool. Don’t worry if you’re a big fan of the weapon though, as the devs always stress that any item placed in the Vault isn’t gone permanently, and could return in the future.

Lazarbeam Icon Series skin

Fortnite’s Icon Series continues, and Australian YouTuber Lazarbeam is the latest to get their own custom look in the game.

Lazarbeam’s skin represents the YouTuber’s life before he became a content creator, depicting him as a “tradie” or construction worker, complete with high-vis gear and workman’s boots.

Players won’t have long to wait to get their hands on the new look, with the bundle set to drop in the Item Shop on March 4.
