Fortnite Operation Snowdown: all Holiday Tree locations

Fortnite’s Operation Snowdown event has begun, bringing map changes and challenges, so here’s how to find the Holiday Trees to dance at.

Fortnite’s latest Holiday event is here, which gives the Fortnite map a festive overhaul and brings back the controversial planes. New character Snowmando has given players a series of quests to complete by early January 2021.

For completing these challenges, you’ll earn loading screens, weapon wraps, gliders, and other cosmetics.

If you complete nine out of the 14 challenges, you will unlock Snowmando himself. If you complete 12 out of 14 challenges, you will unlock a ‘Winter Warrior’ skin.

More challenges will be added every day for the next fortnight. So far, you must visit five Snowmando outposts and open five chests inside them.

Holiday trees have appeared in various locations around the map, which you will need to visit for one of the Operation Snowdown quests.

Leaker iFireMonkey has discovered what the challenges will be ahead of time; we now know that December 19’s challenge will require you to dance at five different Holiday trees. For completing this, you’ll earn a spray depicting Snowmando.

Here are the locations on the map:

  • Holly Hedges
  • Salty Towers
  • Pleasant Park
  • The Orchard
  • Craggy Cliffs
  • Dirty Docks

The trees are in obvious spots, so you won’t have any trouble finding them in these locations. Land at the tree, emote, and the challenge will be complete.

This can be completed in either regular battle royale or Team Rumble, but expect them to be busy. Hopefully, Fortnite players will get into the festive spirit and allow everyone to dance unharmed, but only time will tell.
