Forgotten Cold War AR is an “absolute beast” with incredible TTK in Warzone Season 5 Reloaded
Looking for a top-tier Assault Rifle in Warzone Season 5 Reloaded? WhosImmortal has shown off a Cold War EM2 loadout that gives the forgotten AR one of the best TTKs in Warzone’s final season.
Warzone Season 5 Reloaded is the final chapter before attention turns to Warzone 2, and Vanguard weapons are still dominating the meta. Despite a host of buffs to guns from other CoD entries, the WWII options like the Armaguerra 43 and Cooper Carbine remain the go-to.
That being said, the weapon balancing changes have brought some unloved weapons outside of Vanguard back into the mix, for those players looking to add some variety to matches in last season.
Warzone expert WhosImmortal has discovered a loadout for the Cold War EM2 that transforms it into one of the fastest-killing guns in the whole game.
With the right combination of attachments, the YouTuber said the EM2 has a “sub 850 m/s TTK at 70 meters,” making it a perfect Assault Rifle to pair with an SMG.
He described the Cold War AR, which currently only has a 0.26 pick rate according to WZ Ranked, as “an absolute beast when you compare it to the vast majority of medium to long-range weapons we have in the game.
“Compared to the STG [or] the Automaton, it’s night and day how fast the EM2 will take a player out when you’re landing shots consistently at a range like that.”

WhosImmortal’s EM2 loadout for Warzone Season 5 Reloaded
- Muzzle: Agency Suppressor
- Barrel: 25.8″ Task Force
- Optic: Axial Arms 3x
- Magazine: STANAG 50 Rnd
- Underbarrel: Field Agent Grip
The key to this EM2 setup is the Agency Suppressor and 25.8″ Task Force Barrel, both buffing the effective damage range and bullet velocity to bring the TTK down. Then it’s a case of picking the Optic that is most conformable for you, but WhosImmortal went for the Axial Arms 3x.
Next up he chose the STANAG 50 Rnd Magazine for extra ammo capacity, meaning you don’t have to worry about reloading after every kill. Finally, he added the Field Agent Grip for added recoil control, allowing you to land your shots much easier at long range.
The YouTuber did warn players that this EM2 loadout comes with some recoil that can be tough to handle. With this in mind, and the damage range it’s built for, he recommended it more as a Rebirth Island weapon.
