Selecting a team to manage can pose a significant challenge for FIFA 23 Career Mode enthusiasts. Should you find this process daunting, we have highlighted 10 of the most entertaining and best Career Mode saves that FIFA 23 has to offer.

While many FIFA 23 players are focused on grinding Ultimate Team, Career Mode has a dedicated fanbase who love nothing more than managing their squad to glory.

For some, your Career Mode team is obvious — take over the club you support in real life and live your wildest dreams. For others though, that may be too easy, or their beloved club isn’t included in the game’s roster.

Manchester United

Historically, Manchester United are the Premier League’s most successful side, but they haven’t won the title since 2013. With new manager Erik ten Hag, and big signings like Antony and Casemiro, United are a team that requires some building but have all the tools to compete near the top already.

Malaga CF

A decade ago, Malaga were Champions League quarter-finalist and regulars in La Liga’s top four. Last season, they avoided relegation to Spain’s second tier by just two points, and are in desperate need of a rebuild.

Go in, stabilize the club, and try and challenge the big boys at the sharp end of European football once again.

Union Berlin

Defying all the odds, Union Berlin are currently sitting fourth in the Bundesliga and are on the verge of qualifying for the illustrious Champions League competition.

Whether they can hold on and pull off another miraculous accomplishment remains to be seen, but you can take charge over the capital city side and see if you can pull off a miracle of your own.

Portsmouth

Playing in real stadiums always adds a level of realism to any FIFA Career Mode, and Portsmouth are the lowest-ranked team in the game with a real stadium.

You can take charge at Fratton Park, and try to guide Pompey from League 1 all the way back to the Premier League, from which they were relegated in 2010.

A.C. Monza

Monza may be best known for its Formula 1 circuit, but the city’s football team made headlines of their own this year. Celebrating their 100th anniversary, A.C. Monza are sitting in the top half of the Serie A table during their first ever season in the top flight.

Unfortunately, in FIFA 23 Career Mode, Monza are favorites to drop straight back down to Serie B. Your job is to stop this from happening and send Monza steaming up the table as fast as the F1 cars at the racetrack.

Paris FC

France’s capital city is dominated by PSG, but it’s time for things to change. Paris has more than one football club, and your aim is to overtake your local rivals with Paris FC.

AFC Richmond
