FaZe Swagg reveals a gun better than DMR-14 in Warzone
The DMR-14 has become a fan-favorite weapon ever since Warzone Season 1 went live, but now it appears to have some competition as YouTuber ‘FaZe Swagg’ has found another gun that he claims is even better.
With Warzone Season 1 well underway, players have taken the time to get used to the different weapons and loadouts that are available to them. There is a great variety of guns to choose from in the latest update, and one that’s gained a lot of popularity is the DMR-14.
This high-powered weapon is capable of destroying armor, and bringing down your foes at any range. It does more damage than any other weapon in the game, and comes with a 40 round magazine for long gunfights.
All of these factors have led to many fans considering the DMR-14 to be the best weapon in Warzone, but FaZe Swagg claims to have found a contender that’s similar “but way better”.
FaZe Swagg reveals better alternative to DMR-14
The YouTuber uploaded a video in which he talked about a Warzone weapon he was using during a match, and he was impressed with its capabilities. He goes so far as to say that it’s much more powerful than the DMR-14.
The weapon in question is the Type 63 tactical rifle. When playing with it, Swagg stated that “it literally kills faster than the DMR… it’s nuts you guys gotta see it, if you don’t believe me, try this gun out.” You can see hear it from the man himself in the video below.

The player says that he prefers the Type 63 over the DMR since he scored faster kills with it. He supports this claim by getting 31 kills in a single game, which makes it an ideal pick for medium to long-range encounters.
He then provides his favorite loadout for the gun in the video. Here are the attachments that he equipped:
- Muzzle: GRU Silencer
- Barrel: 16.4 Rapid Fire
- Underbarrel: Spetsnaz Ergonomic Grip
- Ammunition: 38 Rnd Speed Mag
- Optic: Axial Arms 3x
You can use this loadout to absolutely annihilate your enemies one by one, so be sure to try it out. Ultimately, it’s up to you to decide whether or not the Type 63 is a better pick than the DMR.
Youtube: SwaggThe DMR still deals more damage with headshots, and is a great pick for long-range combat. Despite that, you should try both weapons and see what suits you best since they’re both amazing weapons that can dish out some serious pain.
In fact, you shouldn’t have to settle for just one of them. Having both guns would make you absolutely unstoppable in the battlefield, so it’s worth it to own them.
