Popular Call of Duty content creator Jason ‘FaZe Jev’ Eugene has revealed why he believes the camo grind in Modern Warfare 2 will be much easier than in previous titles.
Keeping on the topic of Modern Warfare 2’s weapon camos, FaZe Jev, who’s known for grinding camos in Call of Duty’s multiplayer mode, has shared his thoughts on what the camo grind could be like for Modern Warfare 2.
In his September 27 YouTube video, FaZe Jev reacts to the leaked camos and camo challenges, saying that they are most likely just “placeholders.” What’s more interesting is his opinion on how difficult the camo challenges will be in Modern Warfare 2.
FaZe Jev doesn’t think the challenges will be “vastly different” and Modern Warfare 2’s camo grind could be very similar to that of Vanguard. However, the content creator believes the camo grind will be “better and easier” thanks to the improved map design from Modern Warfare 2019 and Vanguard.
Jev expands on this by saying that Modern Warfare 2 having the same camo grind as Vanguard doesn’t bother him “at all, because the maps are just that much better, they just are, the maps better, the flow is better, it’s going to just make the grind just that much better and easier.”
It seems Jev feels that these improved aspects of Modern Warfare 2 will make the camo grind “easy…it’s just dedication.”
Of course, these are just leaks and we have no official confirmation regarding the camo challenges in Modern Warfare 2. We’ll have to wait for the October 28 release date to see just how difficult or easy the grind for camos will be.
