Dr Disrespect shows off his “unbeatable” Warzone Gulag strategy

During the Faze Gold Rush $100K Warzone Tournament, Herschel “Guy” Beahm IV AKA Dr Disrespect revealed his method that puts you in control of every Gulag fight in CoD: Warzone Season 3.

There are no two ways about it, people either love a Gulag fight or hate it. It’s nervy, and one mistake is the difference between you deploying back into Verdansk or quitting out of the game for good.

You can approach Season 3’s new Gulag in multiple ways, and Dr Disrespect seems to have stumbled across one that he believes he’s found a “formula that works every single time.”

Paired up with ZLaner, real name Zack Lane, Dr Disrespect had to take it upon himself to be victorious in his Gulag match so that the pair could carry on in their game of Call of Duty: Warzone.

As the game was preparing the fight, Dr Disrespect boldly claimed that he had a great strategy to improve your chances of winning in the Gulag.

As soon as the buzzer sounded, he dashed in a straight line to the separating wall. He then did a “wrap around” the wall to see if the opponent was hidden behind their car, saw that they weren’t, and immediately checked the stairs leading up to the house. In the words of Dr Disrespect, “now you’re in control of this fight.”

The enemy player emerged where Dr Disrespect thought he would, gunned him down, and earned his right to re-enter Verdansk ’84.

“What you do is get to the centre of the map, and what you do is kinda just listen to the audio,” explained Dr Disrespect.

On one hand, this is an effective method that could easily give you the edge in a fight, but as with anything that gets exposure, the likelihood of this being as effective will now have dropped.

Many people would’ve absorbed what Dr Disrespect did, meaning you will probably find a lot more people running through the middle channel leading to head-on firefights. He’s very vocal when it comes to Warzone whether it’s coming up with solutions to fix Solos, pointing out the game’s audio problems, or the overlooked advantage of the Roze skin, so expect loyal followers to copy his method.
