NBA 2K23 players have noticed that Herschel ‘Dr Disrespect’ Beahm has made a surprise appearance in the game.

Along with other massive 2022 game releases, NBA 2K23 is set to launch on September 9, and despite not being out just yet, fans have already spotted the 2x Champion in the game.

Dr Disrespect has been known to enjoy Basketball, often boasting about his vertical leap and time spent playing NCAA Division II Basketball at California State Polytechnic University, Pomona.

While the popular YouTube streamer has been creating and working on his own game, DEADROP, it seems he has also been collaborating together with 2K Games, as fans spot elements of the character in-game.

The Doc teased his appearance in NBA 2K23 on September 8, as he tweeted, “hearing a lot of rumors about the Two-Time. Never the less, see you in game tomorrow… literally,” fans have now discovered his iconic vest and more in-game.

What looks to be part of NBA 2K23’s Seasonal Pass, players can earn Dr Disrespect cosmetics, including the “Black Steel Mullet + Headphones” at Tier 8, as well as his “Showtime Vest” at Tier 32.

This is pretty hilarious, and there is no doubt that players will be running around the My Park and City wearing the Doc’s outfit, with one comment under Dexerto’s post reading “HECK YES!!!”

Since Dr Disrespect mostly plays FPS game, some may be confused or surprised at this collab, but fans of his will know that he has been playing sports games since he was a kid.

In fact, the reason the Doc calls himself the 2x Champion is because he actually won back-to-back NBA Jam tournaments in 1993 and 1994, so the collab is actually quite fitting.
