There is a fairly easy and effective tactic that you can use in Call of Duty: Warzone to eliminate the armored Big Bertha trucks, which are notoriously difficult to destroy.

Warzone players have often faced frustrations when going against the different in-game vehicles that can run them over in an instant. The ‘Big Bertha’ armored trucks received a ton of criticism for being too difficult to blow up.

Luckily, several updates have come and gone which have made them much easier to destroy, as they now have unique weaknesses. Now, a few Warzone players have discovered an easy trick to taking them down.

How to blow up the Big Bertha trucks in Warzone

Reddit user u/Wicksy1994  posted a clip in the CoD Warzone subreddit, in which they showcased this neat and easy trick. They aptly titled it, “A simple lesson in how to outplay braindead truck users in Solos.”

In this clip, the player first caught the attention of the driver by firing their FFAR. Then they threw down a bouncing betty before retreating, throwing an Ammunition Box, and then retreating again.

The bouncing betty and munitions box both blew up as the driver approached the player. This resulted in the entire truck being destroyed, along with the unlucky driver.

Luring in the enemy to an explosive trap is a brilliant strategy for countering enemies in Big Bertha trucks. This is because these vehicles are fairly slow to react, so it will be difficult for the driver to get out of harm’s way in time.

With Season 3 set to release around April 21, we might see some further changes to the Warzone vehicles, but you should try using this trick in the meantime. It serves as a great way to take out a challenging opponent.

We’ll keep checking for new Warzone updates, and will inform you once we learn about any new upcoming content.
