How to unlock JAK Cataclysm Aftermarket Part in MW3 & Warzone

MW3 and Warzone released the new JAK Cataclysm Aftermarket Part which turns the RPK LMG into a Sniper Rifle that dishes out a ton of damage.

AMP attachments can alter the appearance or completely transform the functionality of underrated weapons, with some even rising up to the top of the meta.

Here are the challenges you need to complete to unlock the JAK Cataclysm Conversion Kit.

How to get JAK Cataclysm attachment in Warzone & MW3

To get the JAK Cataclysm attachment, players must complete any five Season 5 Week 2 challenges. These can be completed across multiplayer, Warzone, and Zombies, and progress can even be combined across them.

Multiplayer

• Get 35 Operator Kills while Aiming Down Sights
• Get 20 Operator Kills with a Silenced Assault Rifle
• Get 25 Operator Kills with any Scope Equipped to a Weapon
• Get 15 Operator Headshot Kills Marksman Rifles or Sniper Rifles
• Get two Operator Kills with one magazine 10 times
• Get 15 Operator Kills with an LMG Equipped with five attachments
• Get five Operator Kills while holding your breath with a Sniper Rifle

Zombies

• Get 300 Kills while Aiming Down Sights
• Get 100 kills with a Suppressed Assault Rifle
• Get 150 Kills with a Scoped Weapon
• Get 200 Critical Kills with a Sniper or Marksman Rifle
• Get 300 Kills with a Pack-A-Punched LMG
• Get 75 Kills with a LMG using five attachments
• Get 10 Kills without being hit 20 times with a Sniper Rifle

Warzone

• In Warzone Urzikstan, open 30 Loot Caches in the North-West Region (Resort, Power, Seaport, Cargo)
• In Warzone Urzikstan, open 30 Loot Caches in the Eastern Region (Military Base or Farms)
• In Warzone Urzikstan, open 30 Loot Caches in the Southern Region (City, Suburbs, Manor)
• In Warzone Urzikstan, open 30 Loot Caches in the Central Region (Old Town, Low Town)
• Place in the top 10 seven times
• Complete 20 Contracts
• Get seven Operator Kills or Kill Assists with a Recommended Weapon

JAK Cataclysm Conversion Kit explained

The JAK Cataclysm AMP grants the RPK a .50 Cal ammunition conversion, turning the LMG into a Sniper Rifle hybrid weapon. This attachment significantly increases the upper torso (+333%), upper leg (+268%), and headshot damage (+500%), while noticeably reducing the handling, mobility, and fire rate.

The main drawbacks of the Conversion Kit can be mitigated by using the right combination of attachments. However, the JAK Cataclysm limits the use of Ammunition, Magazine, or Barrel attachments. It features built-in mods for these elements including a 15-round magazine.
