Call of Duty WWII early copies won’t work till Patch is released

It looks like all those people lucky enough (or rich enough to pay a lot of money) won’t be able to play Call of Duty WWII till a patch is released to enable the game. This is the first time this has ever happened with a new Call of Duty game. We’re guessing this is being done to combat leaks with early copies. No word on when the patch will release to enable the game…
