Every Call of Duty title brings brand-new Mastery camos for players to unlock and the first one in the upcoming CoD: Vanguard has been leaked ahead of the game’s arrival.

Mastery camos are some of the most highly-sought after camos in every Call of Duty installment, and players unlock can unlock these by completing long sets of challenges.

Vanguard will be the next installment in the Call of Duty series, and some new leaks have emerged that have given us a close look at the first Mastery camo available in the game.

While CoD: Vanguard is set to release on November 5, the leaks from prominent Call of Duty data miner TheGhostofMW have revealed the first Mastery camo of the game early.

The leaker tweeted a bright red design for the STG44 Assault Rifle, bearing resemblance to Dark Aether in Cold War. The Mastery cosmetics seem to cover most of the weapon, which wasn’t the case for those in Black Ops Cold War.

While this looks neat, it’s worth noting that the STG44 doesn’t have any attachments equipped in the image. Adding attachments in the gunsmith could affect camo appearances in Vanguard.

At the time of writing, it’s unclear whether this Mastery camo can be acquired through challenges in multiplayer or Zombies mode in Vanguard. We won’t know for sure until the game releases.

It’s worth keeping in mind that these are currently just leaks, and the developers have yet to verify this information so take it with a grain of salt. We’ll be sure to keep you posted with any new developments regarding this.

We expect to see more weapon cosmetics when Vanguard finally arrives. The game will also come with various other unlockable cosmetic items that can be earned as rewards by playing the game well, including new Operator skins.
