The Confrontation Weapons Pack for Black Ops Cold War has been detailed and is available on launch day.

The blueprints will be available to all who pre-order Black Ops Cold War digitally, regardless of platform. Included are two weapon blueprints for iconic weapons of the U.S.S.R. and the US Military. The first (pictured on the left) is the “Iron Curtain” blueprint for the AK-47, decorated in the signature red and yellow.

For the second blueprint, we have the “Western Front” M16, decorated in red, white, and blue, true to the American theme.

The blueprints should be available for your weapon loadouts as soon as you unlock the weapon itself, assuming you have create-a-class unlocked when these weapons are also unlocked.

If the blueprint system follows the Modern Warfare formula, the weapons will both come with a set of attachments that you may not have unlocked in the gunsmith, so it may be in your best interest to get the slight edge once the blueprint is unlocked in-game.

Unlike the Woods Operator pack, the confrontation weapons pack will be exclusive to Black Ops Cold War, and will not be available for use in Modern Warfare or Warzone. In the future, it is possible that we could see the Cold War weapons in Warzone, depending on how the Black Ops Cold War/Warzone integration works.

Additionally, in the blog post, the file sizes of the Black Ops Cold War game for the PC, current generation, and next-generation consoles were revealed. All platforms (including PC) will have the option to uninstall certain parts of the game’s files, such as Campaign, Zombies, or Multiplayer.

For PC specifically, there will be an option to install Ultra graphics (presumably the 4k graphics) depending on if your system can handle it – which will increase your download from a modest 82GB to a hefty 125GB.

To find out about the sizes of all the game on all systems, you can read our guide on how to pre-load Black Ops Cold War.
