The TEC-9 is a unique, close-range SMG that is currently being overlooked in Warzone Pacific Season 2 Reloaded. If you’re interested in giving it a go, here are the attachments and Perks you need to make the best Warzone Tec-9 loadout.

While the TEC-9 SMG was added in Call of Duty: Warzone Season 5, it is still a powerful close-quarters weapon in Warzone Pacific Season 2 Reloaded.

This unique SMG has three modes of fire so that it can suit a wide variety of playstyles, but its close-range capabilities make it great for Rebirth Island.

Although it’s been overlooked since the Vanguard integration, as there are so many great SMG options, you may want to give this weapon a go. Here are the attachments and Perks you’ll need to create the best Warzone Pacific Tec-9 loadout for Season 2 Reloaded.

Best Warzone TEC-9 loadout attachments

  • Muzzle: Full Auto Repeater
  • Barrel: 4.9″ Task Force
  • Laser: Tiger Team Spotlight
  • Stock: Raider Stock
  • Ammunition: STANAG 48 Rnd

What makes the TEC-9 so unique is that its muzzle attachments change the fire mode. It comes as semi-automatic by default, but you can also make it full auto or even burst-fire.

We’ve opted for the Full Auto Repeater muzzle in the best Warzone Tec-9 loadout, as this allows it to compete with Warzone’s best SMGs. The only downside is that it won’t be suppressed but instead features the Position Concealment bonus, which means your dot on the minimap will disappear as soon as you stop firing.

For the rest of the best Warzone Tec-9 loadout, we’ve gone with the standard meta SMG loadout. The 4.9″ Task Force barrel increases the damage range and velocity, allowing you to take on targets at slightly further ranges.

Then, we’ve gone for the Tiger Team Spotlight and Raider Stock for a huge mobility boost in the best Warzone Tec-9 loadout, allowing you to get around the map quickly and snap onto enemies. And finally, the STANAG 48 Rnd magazine will account for the fast fire rate of the full auto barrel.

Best Warzone TEC-9 Perks & Equipment

Warzone Season 5 Combat Scout perk
  • Perk 1: Quick Fix
  • Perk 2: Overkill
  • Perk 3: Amped
  • Lethal Equipment: Throwing Knife
  • Tactical Equipment: Stim

First off, we have Quick Fix, which is now an absolute essential Perk thanks to its buff in the Season 2 Reloaded update. Quick Fix will regenerate your health upon killing enemies and inserting plates, which is perfect for this mobile class.

As the best Warzone TEC-9 loadout is a close-range SMG build, you’ll want to pair it with something for medium-long distance fights. Overkill will allow you to grab two primary weapons.

Lastly, we have Amped, as you’ll be running a long-range weapon alongside the TEC-9, this will allow you to swap weapons faster, increasing the speed at which you can shoot enemies first.

As for the Equipment, we’ve chosen Throwing Knives to end downed enemies fast and Stims so that you can keep your health high and stay fast on your feet when pushing teams.

Most recent TEC-9 buffs and nerfs in Warzone

There have not been any recent buffs or nerfs to the Tec-9 in the Call of Duty battle royale, but we will update this section with any changes Raven Software makes to the Black Ops Cold War SMG.

How to unlock the TEC-9

Best Warzone Tec-9 Loadout

The TEC-9 was available to all players for free in the Season 5 Battle Pass. However, players can still unlock the TEC-9 SMG by completing either one of the following challenges:

  • Warzone/ Black Ops Cold War Multiplayer – Using SMGs, get 2 Headshot kills in 15 different completed matches.
  • Black Ops Cold War Zombies – Using SMGs, Eliminate 30 Elite enemies.

Best alternatives

There are plenty of viable SMGs you can use in Warzone Pacific Season 2 Reloaded, with even the Fennec getting praise for its performance on Rebirth Island.

The MAC-10 has remained consistently strong throughout Warzone, and the Welgun is a dominating force when it comes to close-quarter battles.

If you’re interested in performance, not only will creating better classes help you improve, but also an in-depth look at your Warzone stats might give you some ideas on bettering your game.
