Apex Legends Season 10: Emergence will bring many changes to the World’s Edge map, Changing much of what we are familiar with. For those intrigued as to what new POIs there will be, let’s get into the details.

As well as a new Legend, weapon, and general balancing, Apex Legends will also be seeing a vast amount of changes to the World’s Edge map in the Season 10 update, a location that hasn’t seen an update for some seasons now.

For Season 10, the developers have decided to keep things fresh by changing World’s Edge drastically and having all three maps in rotation. Let’s get into what players will experience.

Just as Kings Canyon’s return back in Season 8 saw drastic changes to the map, World’s Edge will be getting a similar makeover for Season 10, which the devs are calling World’s Edge Decimated.

Players were lucky enough to see World’s Edge Decimated in the recent gameplay trailer, which showed off various new POIs, replacing some of the previous ones in some of the biggest Apex Legends World’s Edge changes coming in Emergence.

World’s Edge will be the only map in rotation for one solid week at the start of Season 10. The main changes happening across World’s Edge are as follows:

  • Refinery is now Climatizer
  • The Lava Fissure has now extended and snow had filled the Epicentre side of the map
  • Sorting Factory has turned into Lava Siphon
  • Train Yard has been destroyed by a land slide

It also seems that Harvester will be getting a slight update, as the huge structure has come to a halt and perhaps been taken over by Bloodhound.

These Apex Legends World’s Edge changes will definitely spice things up for players, especially with the new Gondola system that will take place in both Climatizer and Lava Siphon, allowing players to traverse across the Lava.

This will introduce similar gameplay situations to the Train on World’s Edge and the Airship above Kings Canyon. World’s Edge has needed an update for some time now, and we can’t wait to get our hands on it.
