One Apex Legends player has come across an exploit that can be used to give Wraith unlimited speed boosts, allowing the Legend to move across the map quickly and dodge attacks with greater ease.

Apex Legends players are no strangers to bugs and glitches, like the one that kept Valkyrie from properly using her ultimate, as well as strange hacks that let players see through walls.

Now, a new one has been discovered for the Legend Wraith that players are abusing. This exploit is giving the character unlimited speed boosts so that she can keep rotating across the map and dodging attacks.

This glitch was discovered by Reddit user Historical_Permit_38 who highlighted it in a post in the Apex Legends subreddit. They were killed by a Wraith during a match and decided to take a look at what happened.

After spectating the enemy player for a short while, it became clear that the opponent had abused an exploit that allowed them to keep using the speed boost to get around the map. This seemed to be linked to Wraith’s ultimate ability.

The footage showed the player using the speed boost after activating a Dimensional Rift, fooling the game into thinking that they were repeatedly traveling through the same portal.

This exploit lets the player repeatedly speed boost across the map without any limit, making it nearly impossible to shoot them down and giving them an unfair advantage.

This post has over 6,000 upvotes at the time of writing. Hopefully, this will catch the attention of the developers, and they’ll issue an update patch to fix the problem soon enough.
