Apex Legends Mixtape playlist explained
Here’s everything you need to know about Apex Legends’ new Mixtape mode coming in the exciting Season 16 update.

Apex Legends Season 16 introduces players to Mixtape, a new mode that will bring fan-favorite LTMs to the game permanently.
Apex Legends Season 16 is bringing some exciting changes to the battle royale, as not only are the Legends receiving a massive rework, but replacements are in order for Arenas, which is subsequently being removed from the game.
Not only will players be getting a Team Deathmatch limited-time mode for the start of Apex Legends Season 16, but the devs will also introduce the new Mixtape playlist straight after.
Here’s everything you need to know about Apex Legends Mixtape, including when it will be available and how it works.
What is Apex Legends Mixtape?
The Apex Legends Mixtape playlist will be a permanent playlist that will become available to players three weeks into Season 16. It will replace Team Deathmatch, but have no fear, as in this playlist, LTMs such as TDM, Control, and Gun Run will be available through a timed rotation for players to enjoy.
This is great for players looking to experience something different from battle royale, as instead of having to wait for LTMs to come around, there will now be a permanent playlist for them.
Respawn have also stated that players can expect more modes to be added to the Mixtape playlist, as it will continue to evolve and change over time.
This means that new LTMs have a chance to be introduced in this Mixtape playlist in the future, offering players even more ways to play Apex Legends.
