Apex Legends Season 13 is almost here, and devs Respawn Entertainment have revealed all the changes you can expect to see. Here’s every weapon buff and nerf from the Apex Legends Season 13 update patch notes, including the controversial Kraber nerf.

Apex Legends Season 13 goes live on May 10, bringing the new Legend Newcastle and major Ranked Play changes. That’s not all of course, as Respawn have detailed all of the major changes players can expect in the new season.

Alongside giving major buffs to helmets, Season 13 has nerfed the Kraber and brought significant changes to LMGs. For everything you need to know, here’s every weapon buff and nerf in Apex Legends Season 13.

Kraber nerf in Apex Legends Season 13

Bloodhound with Kraber rifle in Apex Legends

The Kraber has always been a hotly debated weapon in Apex Legends thanks to its ability to one-shot headshot a fully armored player, but the Season 13 patch notes have revealed that that’s no longer the case.

The Kraber’s headshot multiplier has been reduced from 3.0 to 2.0, and its overall damage has been reduced from 145 to 140. It will still one-shot players with low-level armor, but those rocking a Purple helmet and high-level Evo Shield will get away with their life.

Spitfire LMG in Apex Legends

LMGs were some of the most powerful weapons in Apex Legends Season 12, and Respawn hit them with a ton of nerfs in Season 13.

While the Rampage, LSTAR, and Devotion have all seen hits to their damage, headshot multipliers, and reload time, it’s the Spitfire that’s taken the brunt of the nerfs.

With the Spitfire being found as floor loot again, almost every aspect of it has been nerfed, with its damage, magazine capacity, headshot multiplier, and mobility all taking serious hits. Plus, it can no longer be fitted with a barrel attachment.
