$20K Code Red Women of Warzone event: How to watch, schedule, teams
The Code Red Women of Warzone event is the last Warzone tournament in August, and here’s everything you need to know about it, including the schedule and how to watch the event.
A new Warzone tournament is being held at the end of August, and this new Code Red competition will have a prize pool of $20,000 that the best players can grab for themselves.
32 female captains will compete in Duos matches during the Code Red Women of Warzone event, and this guide will cover everything from the event schedule to the different teams and players.
Code Red Women of Warzone Format
This Warzone event will have Duos drop into the Buy-Back Quads playlist. Each of these teams will then split in every lobby, and they’ll have to focus on scoring as many kills as they can.
The winners progress through the upper bracket while losing Duos will have to try to win again in the lower bracket. The top three Duos will be given different rewards in the prize pool.
Here’s a breakdown of the final prize pool:
- 1st: $10,000
- 2nd: $6,000
- 3rd: $4,000
How to watch Code Red Women of Warzone: Stream & Schedule
The first games of the Code Red Women of Warzone event will take place at 1 PM PT on August 31. It’s hard to tell exactly how long this competition will run due to the double-elimination bracket format.
We’ll probably get a few hours of intense competition from the participating teams once the games finally start. You’ll be able to catch this event through the hub stream on the BoomTV Twitch channel.
This stream will keep you up to date about what’s currently happening in the event, and you can also directly check what your favorite individual players are doing.
Code Red Women of Warzone Teams
As we mentioned before, this event will have captains compete in Duos matches, but the specific teams are yet to be confirmed. However, a few big names have been mentioned.
These include FaZe Kalei and her partner ZLaner, Smixie, Pipanie, and more. We can expect some huge confrontations in battle once the Code Red Women of Warzone event finally kicks off.
